For Eligibility:

  • Minimum 2 years of Business Experience

  • Total net worth of $1600,000 CAD and willing to make an investment of   $800,000 with Canadian Government for 5 Years

  • The management of at least five full-time job equivalents per year in a business for at least two years in the period beginning five years before the date of application.

  • Should obtain minimum 35 points out of 100 points

  • Meet medical and security requirements  

Entrepreneurs: Business experienced individuals can apply in this category who will support to the development of a prosperous Canadian economy.

For Eligibility:

  • Minimum 2 years business experience is must

  •  Legally obtained net worth of $300,000 CAD

  • To get 35 points out of 100 points to meet the selection criteria

  • Meet medical and security requirements  

For this category full time job equivalent, net assets, net income, net worth, percentage of equity, qualifying business and compliance to meet business condition is required. Applicant has to comply with all these provisions.

Self-Employed: Under this category, self employed individuals how have relevant experience and abilities can apply. They should have significant contributions to the cultural and athletic life of Canada or experience in the farm management, intention and ability to purchase and manage a farm in Canada. Farmers who can fulfill the criteria can become eligible under this category. For this category 35 points are required. Sponsoring you Family

This category is specifically designed by CIC Canada to help reunite families. Those who are Citizens or Permanent Residents of Canada can sponsor their spouses, common law partner, Conjugal partner, dependant child (including adopted child) or other eligible relative (such as parents or grandparents) to become Permanent Residents. Applicants should meet the selection criteria.Those who wish to sponsor their eligible relatives can contact out Canada Office or Head Office Pune. The application can be processed in Canada only and the sponsor should live Canada.

Student Permit: Every year around 130,000 students come to study in Canada in various provinces.

For Eligibility:

  • Initially student should be accepted by a recognized school, University, or College in Canada.

  • Student must be able to prove the availability of enough funds to pay tuition, living and transportation expenses.

  • Student must be a law abiding citizen and should have no prior criminal record

  • Student should have good health

  • Student must be able to prove to the visa officer that after completion of studies you will leave Canada

Refugee: Canada Government allows refugee protection for who fear prosecution or risk of torture, cruelty, inhumane treatment or punishment. Those who are

afraid or returning to their home country can claim refugee inside or outside Canada. Groups or individuals should be qualified for refugee claim.

Work Visa: There is a provision of work permit for temporary jobs with the intention to help Canadian employer meet their skill shortages. Some jobs require HRSDC approval and some do not need HRSDC approval. We process applications for temporary workers in various categories.
